The Most Powerful Laptops For Gaming in 2022

There are currently a couple of ultraportable laptops on the market that are extremely powerful. Gigabyte Aero 14 and Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 both boast very high-end processors, and a full set of ports and a massive 94 Wh battery. While these laptops haven’t seen any updates in over a year, the Aero 14 is still a very powerful gaming laptop. Unfortunately, the Gigabyte Aero 15 isn’t as powerful as its predecessor.

The Dell Precision 17 7730 is a laptop that is built for gamers, and it has a great selection of ports. It comes with a Core i5 CPU and can be upgraded to a Core i9 ‘Alder Lake-HX’ vPro processor. The laptop also supports up to four SSDs (M.2 PCIe) or one 2.5″ HDD drive. It has an overall storage capacity of up to 8 TB.

The Dell Precision 17 7730 is not just a gaming laptop, however. It is an all-around powerhouse. It comes with the right amount of RAM, hard drive space, processing power, and graphics. You can run multiple applications at once and be sure that it will be able to handle them.

Asus ROG Zephyrus G15.

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 is one of the most powerful laptops for gaming available right now. Its AMD Ryzen processors and Nvidia RTX 3000 series graphics cards are among the best in the gaming laptop segment. Another important advantage of this laptop is its long battery life. It can last for up to eight or nine hours, making it a good choice for those who need extended gaming sessions.

On the Geekbench benchmark, the Zephyrus G15 scored a score of 10,017. This was slightly lower than the category average of 91 fps. It also fell short of the GE76 Raider and Legion 7i, which both boast Intel Core i9-12900HK processors. However, the Zephyrus G15 managed to average 44 fps when tested at 1440p.

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14.

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 is a top-notch gaming laptop. It offers nearly nine hours of battery life, a 1440p display, and a sleek form factor. Despite its relatively modest price, it offers performance that matches many of its bulkier competitors. The most demanding games won’t run faster than 60 fps on the lowest-end model, but moderately intensive games will push the 120Hz display.

The Zephyrus G14’s processor is also one of the best in its class. It scores 10334 Cinebench points, outperforming most other laptop processors. For comparison, the Razer Blade 14’s Ryzen 9 5900HX scored 11286 points, but the G14 uses 28% less power.

Razer Blade 17.

If you’re looking for a powerful laptop that’s capable of gaming, the Razer Blade 17 is definitely worth a look. It’s packed with powerful components and can handle everyday tasks like streaming music and running multiple Chrome tabs. It also comes with a 144Hz 4K display, which will be perfect for creative tasks.

While it may not be the fastest laptop around, it is still capable of running the most demanding games on high graphics and resolution. The Blade 17 can even run creative apps like Blender. It runs the benchmark in seven minutes, 47 seconds, and is faster than most desktop systems.

In terms of design, the Razer Blade 17 is fairly minimal. Its fluorescent Razer logo sits on the top cover and comes with a minimally styled keyboard with intelligent backlighting. It also comes with fingerprint-resistant coating to reduce smudges and fingerprints.

Lenovo Legion 5 Pro.

The Legion 5 Pro is a gaming laptop with a 16:10 aspect ratio display and anti-glare coating. The keyboard is also made of aluminum and offers a decent tactile feel. The touchpad is positioned slightly to the left and has an RGB lighting system. The backlighting is customizable via the Lenovo Vantage app and a shortcut function key. The RGB lighting isn’t the brightest, but it evenly lights up the keys and secondary functions.

The Legion 5 Pro looks like a cross between a gaming laptop and a work laptop. It is a sleek, storm grey machine with only a small logo on the lid. Its 16-inch screen features thin bezels along the sides, while a thick bezel spans the top and includes a 720p webcam.
