If you want to go solo, bike tours offer the perfect opportunity to ride down long winding roads amidst mystical mountains. A bad pair of tyres can ruin even the most impressive bike, the Royal Enfield Classic 350.
As you ride continuously for a long time, biking on a road trip can be pretty tiring. Furthermore, if the ride isn’t comfortable enough, you might bog down during the first few days of your trip. In conclusion, your choice of tyre brand for your bike should reflect your understanding of the true essence of long-distance biking.
There will be different road conditions along different terrains, whether you’re riding a bike across a valley, a mountain, a highway, or off-roading. Then, how can you determine which tyre will provide you with the most comfort while you ride the royal enfield classic 350? Here are some of the nuances of long-distance cycling.
1. What is the color variant of bullet classic 350?
Classic 350 comes in 11 colors: Gunmetal Grey, Dark Stealth Black, Signals Desert Sand, Signals Marsh Grey, Redditch Green, Redditch Grey, Halcyon Green, Halcyon Blue, Halcyon Black, Chrome Red, Chrome Bronze.
2. What is the appearance?
Royal Enfield motorcycles are not only well known for their classic styling and powerful performance, but also for the fact that customers can mod and customise their vehicles. Royal Enfield’s Bullet, Classic, Thunderbird, and Himalayan models are custom-made in India to wear a unique design.
There are also customers in other countries who prefer Royal Enfields with a different appearance from standard models.
3. What’s the speed?
Powered by a 346cc, four-stroke, twinspark, air-cooled engine and a five-speed constant mesh gearbox, the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 uses a multi-plate clutch to transmit power to the rear wheel.
With a power output of 19.8 bhp at 5250 rpm and a torque of 28Nm at 4000 rpm, the motor can produce great power and torque. In its default system, the vehicle uses UCAL 29mm, Constant Vacuum Carburetor, and Transistorised Coil Ignition.
A paper element acts as the machine’s air cleaner. With a compression ratio of 8.5:1, it has 70mm x 90mm bore and stroke.
4. What is the disadvantage of bullet 350?
heavyweight
The 192 kg weight of the RE Classic 350 makes it heavier than other bikes in its class. The Jawa 300 weighs around 170 kg, so we can use it as a comparison. Overall top speed is a little slower due to the additional weight of 22 kg. Even though Royal Enfield isn’t known for figures like top speed or acceleration, a lighter version would improve the ride quality even further.
High price
The RE Classic 350 is essentially a Bullet 350 with a different design and added features, priced at INR 1.48 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). In comparison to the Bullet 350, it is around INR 20,000 more expensive due to the disc brakes and electric start. The on-road price of the Royal Enfield motorcycle is more than INR 1.70 lakh in many cities. Therefore, Royal Enfield should have offered a lower price tag. For INR 1.62 lakh (ex-showroom), you can get the Signals ABS version.
Refinement issue
Thousands of fans have complained about engine noise, harsh vibrations, and false neutrals. Royal Enfield should address these problems. It is not every customer’s experience to go through the phase of spending INR 1.70 lakh (on-road) and still not being satisfied with the engine noise when idle, even though RE machines are built to stay longer.
